o Basic understanding of End-Customer TELCO Products and CDR Concepts
o Product Implementation and related analysis
o Configuration within TEC Billing engines
o Validation and quality checks
o internal provisioning / external application configuration & design
o Support Business needs (Financial reporting and simulation, reconciliations, Ad-hoc data extractions?)
o life-cycle management
o adaptation of TEC and Business tools to follow Product roadmap
o modernization of Technical Billing processes
